Check-in & Registration
Please arrive about 15 minutes before your game starts so we can begin promptly at your booked time.
Briefing & Instructions
In our briefing room, a coach explains all the game rules, safety zones and how to use your phaser through a video and live instructions.
Gear Up in the Vesting Room
Now things get serious! Put on your vest, pair your phaser and enter the airlock leading into the arena. The adrenaline is rising!
Action & Results
Fire! Head onto the playing field, find your opponents and score points. After each round, you'll see your results, including hits, accuracy and leaderboard ranking.

Lasertag FAQ
Can children play?
Yes! Children aged 8 and up can play. When registering, you can enter the average age of the participants. That way, we'll know children are coming and can adapt the Lasertag games accordingly!
Is the game suitable for adults?
Absolutely! Adults often prefer a more tactical game. By adjusting the sound and lighting, we can change the entire atmosphere. Of course, if you'd rather play the colourful kids' version, that's no problem either ;-)
Do you offer children's birthday parties?
Yes! You can reserve a table with us and host the entire celebration here. We also have special birthday packages available!
Is Lasertag dangerous?
No! We use state-of-the-art equipment operated entirely by infrared technology. That means the technology is no more dangerous than your TV remote control at home. There is absolutely no risk of injury from the technology we use!
Do children need special permission?
No! Children aged 8 and up can play here at any time when accompanied by an adult. The adult doesn't have to play and can instead relax in our spacious lounge with a coffee ;)
What should we wear?
Please wear sturdy shoes! We recommend lightweight sportswear and, ideally, bringing a spare T-shirt. Lasertag is an active game, and you can work up a sweat quite quickly. Tip: Bring a change of clothes that's quick and easy to put on. Everything else is up to you. For the game, you'll receive special Lasertag vests that light up in your team colours. So it makes little difference whether you wear a white T-shirt or camouflage underneath.
Are there changing rooms?
Yes! We have plenty of changing rooms where you can get changed before and after the game. Sportswear isn't essential, though – you can also play in your normal everyday clothes.
Can I book on the spot without a reservation?
Yes and no! We're only open when bookings have been made. To avoid finding the doors closed, you should definitely book in advance. And remember, online prices are often significantly lower than walk-in prices!
Fewer players are coming than planned.
We're sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we still have to charge for every registered player and can't issue a refund. Your booking reserves places that are then unavailable to other players, so reducing your group size at short notice isn't possible. There's one exception to this rule: If you purchased the paid Flex option, we can issue a voucher for the difference if fewer players attend!
Can we have the entire arena to ourselves?
Yes, absolutely! Simply select the paid "Exclusive Game" option when booking. You'll then have the whole arena to yourselves, and no other team will join your game.
Can we get food or drinks at your venue?
Yes! We offer a wide selection of drinks, coffee, popcorn and slushies. Fries and pizzas will be available soon too 😉
Can we play for longer than one hour?
Yes, simply book two one-hour sessions.
How long can we play?
You always book one hour with us. During that hour, we play as many rounds as you can manage. Everything is included in that hour, including the briefing. So it's up to your stamina whether we play for the entire hour or need to take a break.
How do we get to you?
The easiest way is to take public transport to Kurt-Schumacher-Platz. From there, it's only about 200 metres to our venue! If you're coming by car, you can park in the residential area opposite. Please allow a little extra time to find a parking space.
How big is the venue?
Huge! We're building a gigantic Lasertag centre covering almost 3,000 m²!
What clothing do you recommend?
We recommend comfortable sportswear and sturdy, closed-toe shoes (such as trainers). Because the arena uses UV lighting, white and neon-coloured clothes glow especially brightly!
