Unfortunately, we'll still need to charge for all registered players and cannot issue a refund. Your booking reserves places that other players can no longer book, so a last-minute reduction isn't possible. If you're unsure how many people will come, it's better to book for slightly fewer players. As long as places are still available, you can easily add more people later.

If you purchased the Flex option, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your session. You'll receive a voucher and can book a new date. Please make sure you meet the 24-hour deadline! Email is the best way to contact us.

Games start at the booked time. If you arrive late, you'll lose some playing time. Please allow extra time for your journey.

Lasertag costs from €19 per person per hour, depending on the day of the week and group size. Mondays are generally cheapest and weekends cost more. For smaller groups, the maximum price is €30 per person per hour. The booking calendar shows the applicable rate for your date and group size.

You wear electronic vests and use infrared phasers. The system records hits and awards points. After each round, you can compare hits and rankings. The technology doesn't hurt, is clean and harmless, and no paintballs are used.

Our phasers use infrared signals similar to a TV remote control. Hits are indicated by lights.

No. A coach explains the rules, gameplay and equipment before you start. Games can be adapted to your group's age and experience.

No. Running, climbing, lying down, walking backwards and physical contact are prohibited. Please follow the briefing and staff instructions.

Yes. Lasertag is great for adults too. The atmosphere and game modes can be adapted to the group on site.

We try to group players of similar ages. For this reason, adults-only teams cannot play against children-only teams. Of course, parents are welcome to play alongside children in a children's group. Please check your group's average age and enter it when booking. For example, six eight-year-olds and two adults count as a children's group. If you book a session marked "all places available" in green, you set the age group for the next bookings.

Our event venue can be noisy, with loud sounds, and guests may not always watch where they're walking. Out of consideration for animals, pets must stay at home and cannot enter the venue. Even if you have the world's cutest dog, a rabbit on a lead or a goldfish in a bowl, we unfortunately can't make exceptions. The rule applies throughout the entire venue, so please leave animals safely at home.

The classic modes are Free for All, Team Deathmatch and Dark Mode. A coach will explain the options on site. Dark Mode is available from age 14.

No. You don't have to decide in advance at Laser4. A coach will explain the options and help choose game modes with your group on site.

Free for All is a popular starting point at Laser4. This mode is a great way to get to know the arena and equipment.

Free for All is possible from two players. Team Deathmatch and Dark Mode require at least four players.

Lasertag at Laser4 is generally available from age 8. Dark Mode is reserved for players aged 14 and over.

In Team Deathmatch, you score points together for your team. In Free for All, everyone plays individually. Dark Mode uses reduced lighting; this more tactical mode is available from age 14.

At around 800 m², the Mega Arena is Europe's largest Lasertag playing field. The entire Lasertag venue covers almost 3,000 m²!

Up to 50 people can play simultaneously in the Mega Arena. Larger groups should arrange group rotations and available sessions in advance.

Playing Lasertag under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. We may refuse participation to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, and fees already paid cannot be refunded in that case. If your visit is part of a bigger celebration, please plan the drinking part for after Lasertag.

In suitable team game modes, pupils can practise communication, fair play, consideration for others and coping with winning or losing. A short discussion afterwards helps connect these experiences to school life.

They can stop playing at any time and watch instead. We have a very spacious lounge with a bright, cosy atmosphere.

Adults can accompany the children at the venue. They do not have to play and can wait in the large lounge. Of course, anyone who wants to play is welcome to join in.
